After 3 weeks of me trying to get what i had actually ordered, which was a red kurta set, instead of a childrens sport jacket; sending request on @MyNykaa website,email,twitter;sending the pictures, order number and whatever other details they asked for, this is their reply!!!
The only automated response received from nykaa team! Since 2 weeks!!!
Nykaa sent me wrong as well as damaged product. After sending numerous mails, messages and photos, this is what i got today
Complaint filed against Nykaa...they delivered wrong and damaged product. No resolution till now...its been a week
