Hey @JagexSupport , I got muted 7 almost 8 years ago, when I was 16, in 24 now. I do understand what I said was against the rules and definitely should not of been said. I've been asking to be unmuted and said myself that people change and jmods have been ignoring my plea...part2
But then you have people like in the first tweet who got his account back from a perm ban after botting, and you have accounts like this screenshot who aren't muted, aren't banned. And it's just unfair, perm mutes are unfair because what a jmod said in that first post
