The recommendation is to avoid touching the flagstick. So leave it in and become more generous with gimmies. If you do happen to sink a 30 footer @Delamere_Greens have adopted the shallow cup method so you can get at your ball safely
Any clubs out there publish #PaceOfPlay charts after Comps? Might it make people look at their own timings & consider if they should have kept up with the group in front? This is yesterdays 4ball (2 to count) Stableford. Ave 4hrs 15mins is it good enough? Min 3:36 - Max 4:43

The greens are brilliant after these have been used - if they can be used throughout the winter to make the surfaces roll as true as they are then Coventry Golf Club should be investing in one immediately!
