Came up with a pizza burger that turned out awesome! Patty half 80/20 beef, half ground hot Italian sausg. Xtra oregano, fennel seed, hot pepper flakes, s&p. Topped: sauted mushroom, onion, peppers; pepperoni; black olives; mozz; jarred pizza sauce (Rao's). Toasted kaiser. 👍

Energy is a problem after major surgery. Cooked for the first time in quite some time. Green Curry Lentil Soup with lots of veggies and chicken meatballs. The meatballs aren't part of the recipe but I wanted meat lol. Was fricken delicious, healthy as a bonus.

Me: Leaves Dr's office. On way to car looks all over for glasses. Starts back to office but checks top of head in case I'm being stupid so I don't embarrass myself. Tells receptionist I think I left my glasses in the office. Receptionist: Glasses other than the ones your wearing?
