Water ingress from broken pipe, interior damage reported Nov 2021, repair botched, 2 years later unresolved, tenant reported to Liverpool City Council, who LivGroup gave 21 days to sort. Believe taking the council to court is good use of our SC!
No audited, certified service charge accounts since 2020: financially unaccountable with non-transparency of costs. Annual use s20bs to obfuscate. Leaseholders repeatedly requested, Long Harbour fully aware complicit silence.
8/8 The @RFAssociation could not care less about the quality of service from managing agents because they are not the ones dealing with the consequences. Regulation would help, but unless and until freeholders take responsibility for their agents nothing will change.

Govt's own estimates say that 10,000 buildings need to be remediated. ❌ They've managed to fix 800 in 6.5 years. That's less than 10 %. 🚨 At this rate, it will take DECADES to fix the #BuildingSafetyCrisis

🐷EXPOSING THE GROUND RENT GRAZERS🐷 This one’s for @BimAfolami, @RishiSunak, @michaelgove, @Lee4NED and @mtpennycook. In a general election year, it is crucial to debunk the sector spin of the ‘ruined granny’ and show who is really behind the protection racket of ground rent.
The housebuilding industry is so broken, with bad practice, misselling, corruption, greed, incompetence, no enforced standards of quality aided and abetted by the government policy of numbers built, no Minister is prepared to disrupt it to put it right. Sad but true.
Professional investors - including many of the UK’s biggest fund managers - took a risk by betting that Ground Rent payments from hapless leaseholders would go on being collected forever. They made that bet knowing that it was politically risky. Now the tide is turning.
It’s a slog. 17 minutes. But had to be done. Those against us have millions to spend and the best lobbyists in the biz. But the line they r peddling is 💩. They made terrible immoral investments and now they need to take the losses in the chin.
