Man what they don’t tell you about the recovery process after a major injury is the mental strength it takes to keep pushing. At times you can feel alone but that’s why you have to keep moving forward.
This physical therapy is no joke man. My leg is sore. Feel like I just came out of surgery. But I know it’s all gonna benefit me in the long run.

My heart is extremely heavy just watching the updates. Lord please bless and cover everyone and everything out there. And extra coverage to those risking their lives to save others and stop the fires! I know you can do it
If you believe in prayer, please take a quick second to do so for all those that are affected by the fires. So many people have lost homes, jobs and livelihood. I couldn’t imagine for a second going through what they are going through
