Cardiogenic shock (CS) is an unsolved issue in CVM . Interventions are most effective in those at risk of CS rather than full blown CS. The SEX-SHOCK score performs better in females and males with ACS than the ORBI Score, providing a basis for future interventional trials.

Proenkephalin improves cardio-renal risk prediction: A FAST TRACK to read with a develpment and 2 verification cohorts - this is the way to do it. Peizhi Wang , a student from Wuhan, and Florian Wenzl did it and reached out to colleaguues from the UK and Czechia - its in the EHJ
