Hamas may be at war with Israel, but Israel is waging a genocide on all of Palestine. The antisemitic rhetoric is often Islamophobic, too. The damage being done by the words the media chooses to use or not use to describe the events in the Middle East is unconscionable.

Hamas is a terrorist organization, of that there is no question, no ambiguity. They must be dismantled. Killing non-combatants because they're in the way communicates that their lives are inherently worth less than those Hamas threatens. Neither take should be controversial.
Can we all agree that the Israel-Hamas war made it clear that Twitter, under new management, is significantly worse? Intentional or not, it's now orders of magnitude easier to mislead the masses here. As still the most adopted platform, this has grave implications for democracy.
