I 100% agree. You can always be learning. Junior doesn’t mean they’re less intelligent, so don’t treat them like they are!
If you are a Senior dev and a Junoir points something out that you missed, give them ALL the props!!! It will go a long way for boosting their confidence and they deserve it if they just covered your ass for you

A lot of people assume work isn’t hard on me, because I live what I do. Well it’s still work and it’s still hard. I’m still working many hours and it’s stressful and futrating. It’s no easier than your job just because I happen to love it. How many of you can relate?
