According to cwvtech.report 🤓 sites using @htmx_org 🗿or @elixirphoenix 🔥 perform better on CWV, INP & Lighthouse score than sites using React, Svelte, Vue, Angular and even Rails Hotwire Turbo, Laravel Livewire😎 probably due in large part to the lower page weight 🗿
If a binary tree turns upside down in the woods and no one is does it?
No, it's Rust with a garbage collector & Elixir/Erlang concurrency. x.com/WarrenInTheBuf…
is gleam just rust for functional programmers?
Does the hatred of dark mode stem from a beautiful woman that hurt you (a Shakespearean "dark lady" of the sonnets so to speak) and now you just hate beauty in general? youtube.com/watch?v=Fzzxk-…
Why are some people so triggered by other people preferring dark mode? Have they considered that maybe different people prefer different things and that's OK?

Reminder that LOC does not include comments, so if you want to include comments you can just count your Ls
FYIY comment are by definition not included in LOC which is why it's called LOC and not just L
What would be *really* fun and ruffle a lot of feathers is to include both the AOT time and the compilation + run time for each pre-compiled language. So Rust for example would appear twice, first in the top 5 and then maybe in the bottom 5 too. 😄
Big (superficial) victory here for curly-brace-free gang. Crystal & Nim close to the fastest speeds. LuaJIT killing it in compilation-included category. But Julia's speed reportedly includes the compile time 😄 & no Mojo yet. & imagine benchmarking real world implementations.
Over the past 8 days, I received over 100 PRs on the languages repo with additions and improvements. - A bunch of languages were added - Some implementations got tweaks to modify performance - The run script now uses hyperfine for timing Thanks to all the contributors.
