Sometimes I use phrases in everyday conversations with people and only later think “wait, did they have any idea what I said?” Are these generally understood phrases when used in non-tech contexts? - “it’s probably cached” - “picked via round robin” - “scale out instead of up”

Built a few charts on top of the Tilecraft core library. These are Blazor components that embed the TilecraftEditor, which in turn renders the canvas. The data is simulated. tilecraft.dev/charts
You're never getting me back into an office full time, but I'd also hate to work remotely without these fantastic semiannual meetups. Spending a week together in person is invaluable for charging trust batteries and connecting as humans. Highly recommend it for any remote team.

There are a lot of people who will never "get it" because they simply can't. You can explain it, assert it, or re-assert it ad infinitum and it won't make a difference. They are both a short and long-term liability in the organization.
