In Oncampus Placement does 9 cgpa guys get more preference than 8 cgpa guy if both are shortlisted to give interviews ( 7 cgpa criteria) .I heard that in HR round or later rounds too they give more preference to higher cgpa person .Is this true ?
Cgpa is important, 8+ is safe . Below 7 is really bad for placement.
I will maintain 8 but can't make 9 so worried that will 9 cgpa guy get more preference than me
Not much unless u are from BITS ,it matters a lot there. Most colleges once shortlisted for interview everyone is equal.
