Thinking of starting a 30 mins YouTube show where I interview top Nigerian engineers and designers about their career trajectory, their current work and how they got to the level they are at. it’s going to be strictly career based, no prosperity gospel what do you guys think?
Can they show the best thing they’ve built too … more engaging.
This is a very brilliant idea and would help talents understand what "good" really means. Beyond that, it gives them a path to work with as they build their own career. I'm building @hackthejobs and would be happy to onboard the folks you bring as mentors and talents can still…

The hard stories, crazy huddles, and challenges in the journey, summed up by the achievements… I’ll gladly subscribe. We have too many sugar coated success stories, and little hard and raw ones.
