EPF, NPS I didn't count. Housing property I counted because I already cleared all loans for that. I know with housing property number may not look that great. But I started getting hefty salary from last 4 years only. Now every year I can save almost 50-55 lakhs from income

There are some mechanical companies as well you can try. Applied mechanics, Lam research are some private names giving good salaries. But clearing gate is important for mechanical
