I am in Big 4 as AI Engineer, I feel I can do more but have just joined 3 months ago. Should I focus on switching into product or into consulting for next step? I love to develop products and research. What should be my ideal timeline for switch for best compensation?
You can focus on product and research. Spend couple of years learning things before planning to switch
