HELP! Looking at raw data on email client analytics. When viewing Gmail app on Android, Eloqua says i am other (not mobile) and on Firefox. Email on acid says I am Gmail on desktop. It sucks when you don't just accept what you are told. Where can I I find correct data? @litmusapp
Gmail tracking is confusing! Image caching makes it impossible to tell a Gmail mobile open apart from an open on the Gmail web client. All Gmail opens effectively look the same—and it's up to your tracking provider how they classify them. More info: bit.ly/18GGhux ^BS
