Side note - I nearly included the screenshot that @airvistara sent me with my mobile number and the wrong prefix, but I will opt to protect my privacy and refrain from publishing my mobile number to the world. Let some sanity prevail even during these insane times.
Please treat this desperate attempt from me as a formal client complaint and reinvestigate the situation. I urge you to refund me the full fare, I have missed an entire trip home after 2 years of COVID, @airvistara and @RNTata2000 be fair to me PLEASE!
I was meant to fly to India on 6th Aug from London. I had booked an @airvistara flight scheduled to depart from Heathrow at 7.50 pm. Said flight was rescheduled to 5.15 pm with no notification sent to me. #VistaraDoneMeWrong
I booked the ticket on their UK website, for a flight originating in London, and paid for it in GBP.. how did @airvistara ever get to a +91 prefix from all that? And after all this, they say I will not be entitled to a refund because it's my fault that I missed the flight.
This is a long story, but @airvistara and @RNTata2000 I am requesting you to please look into this once again, and be fair to me. I sincerely do not believe it was my fault at all that I missed the flight. I missed an important family event through no fault of my own.
