Today evening is the final #DemoDay at the very first Intro to #Python Cybersapce program of @ReDISchool. Looking forward to the presentations of the students.
If working on your startup feels like fun you’ve won 90% of the battle.
You must avoid at all costs the idea that you can manage learning several skills at a time. You need to develop your powers of concentration and understand that trying to multitask will be the death of the process.

A startup needs an audience — build it before you build one.
At a certain stage in your startup or business you need to step back in actively building on your own and manage people who are building.
You are only as good as your team. Realizing this when you are, for whatever reason, not available and you come back and see really positive progress.
The fact that people can graduate from a CS program without ever learning Software Architecture, TDD, "soft skills" like communication and collaboration, &c., is really not okay. The university system is failing us.
