My new year resolution is the opposite of cutting people off. Instead, I want to make a million friends, experience life and make genuine connections. I want my phone to constantly ring because friends want to hangout with me or talk to me.
This year, above everything else, just do the work. Stop talking about the work, planning the work, contemplating the work, or analysing the work. Put your head down and just do the work. It's easy to sit back and talk about the work. It's productive to actually do it.
Become the Standard Stop looking around for examples. Stop waiting for someone to show you how it's done. You are the blueprint. The prototype. The first of your kind. Build the system they copy. Set the pace they chase. Don't just raise the bar, Become the bar.
A powerful shift happens when you stop measuring progress by how fast your life changes and start measuring it by how differently you respond to the same temptations, frustrations, and emotional triggers that once ruled you; Growth shows up first in behavior, then in results.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but most things in life are way more achievable than you think. If you decide what you want, and go after it with full effort and intensity, the world will bend to your will far more easily than you might think. You can just do things!
Decrease the time between having an idea and executing. Money loves speed. Poverty loves indecision.
Shame deserves no shelter in your body. Deny it access to your dreams, your curiosity, your spirit. Refuse its attempts to make you smaller. Evict it completely. Do not let it make a home in you.
The fastest way to accelerate your career is to get in environments where your dream life is their average Thursday.
