Honestly I don’t think there’s been a better time to be a software engineer. I worry for future developers starting their career, not only because it’s harder to get entry positions now, but because you can’t “learn” very well when you have AI spit out the code. Here’s a few…

What are the 3 most influential decisions you’ve made for yourself, that have shaped who you are today?

Fellow iOS builders Is @tuistdev worth it for small projects?

The best feature of @conductor_build for sure Most of the time I never even open the project!

Modern software development has shifted so much. We all knew it was coming when ChatGPT launched and was “decent” at coding. Stackoverflow search tanked. Now everyone I work with is using some ai assistant, and it’s encouraged. Architecture, design style, and decisions…

Built this in a day, well half a day really. Gemini 3.0 -> Designs Claude + Conductor -> Code The background is actually code via TimelineView + Canvas (SwiftUI) It’s super smooth, have a few HealthKit bugs to resolve but I’ll probably be ready to ship the MVP by the end of…

Typical Google been stuck for 20 minutes. Tried twice. Did they vibe code this?

Another idea, another evening spent shipping. My wife has awful migraines. Maybe this will help her. Light & dark mode supporter Health Kit data integrated Design System 80% complete Much more to come. I wish I was better at design..

Claude Code either impresses me or infuriates me. There’s no in between.

At this point I’m less interested in building apps and more into building agentic systems that run the boring parts of my life.

I’ve built software for around 6 years now. I’m not an expert, but I do consider myself a pretty strong engineer. I fear that whatever framework or tool AI can “one shot best” is the future of software, and that to me is the scariest part of my career as an engineer. Time to…

React Native Or Flutter? What’s the move now adays?

Hey, I bought my domain AFTER finishing like 80% of the mvp. Is this growth? writewell.io 👈🏻

All I want is to make stuff people enjoy, and earn enough to pay the bills and “retire”. Retirement to me is not worrying about how I pay my bills, because work is apart of my daily life. The thought of “cashing in” and not working to me is unbiblical and feels uneasy.

I’m an iOS developer by trade. But have recently been working on web projects again and it’s been nice. Now I’m wondering I should learn react native for mobile apps… I should probably brush up on Flutter as well, but.. is native going away?

Okay @conductor_build might be the coolest thing yet. I had a similar idea today and was planning it when I found it. It’s not everything I had in mind. But man it’s awesome and so well done in its current stage. Nice work!

I made $500 in the last year with my simple task app. @PrioriPlanApp Haven’t pushed an update in 8 months. I’m clearly cracked. Ask me anything 😂
