The “Evri” in @EvriDeliveryCom is short for “Evri time, we screw up your delivery.” It is legit the WORST delivery service in the UK. When I see that my package is being delivered by them, I groan, expecting the worst. And I am proven correct. Evri time.

@Evri_DelivelyUK just like the government, you seem to find it very difficult to deliver! I sent a parcel last Sunday, it should have arrived the Wednesday after. It’s still sitting in one of your hubs! I didn’t pay for you to keep it for over a week!

My third parcel in a month that’s been handled by Evri at the Heathrow depot is also confirmed lost. I did get a response from the ‘exec’ team after emailing the CEO. Real person or not? Who knows. Still without my delivery. Incompetence on a massive scale.

@EvriDeliveryCom how can you fail to deliver a package? It's being to delivered to a pub. There is someone in the building from at least 8am until midnight, 7 days a week! Two other parcels from different couriers arrived ok on the same day. Why do you struggle so much!

@AmazonHelp Hello. I went to my local Evri hub yesterday to return a faulty item to you as per your instructions which stated that the hub would pack the item and return it. The hub said this was incorrect and I ended up having to buy packaging from them. Not happy about this.
