I’m tired of being lumped into a group of hundreds of millions of people that look like me. Because, I am not just like them. I’m just like me.

The "right" to an attorney is less a right of the individual and more an inherent obligation of government to provide. We are all subject to the compulsory criminal jurisdiction of the state. If the state then wishes to accuse us of criminality (i.e., we did not volunteer it)…

This is such a stupid point yet it's defended by seemingly serious intellectuals all the time; it's truly exhausting. There's an obvious category difference between a procedural right and a moral right.

What do you do with leftover bacon? 👀

Rugby is a game for all shapes and sizes. Depower the scrum anymore and you may as well watch a rugby league match. It will destroy the community game if there is no place for your good old fashioned type of prop. Keep meddling with the game and you will destroy it.

I’m probably one of a few now who doesn’t believe in hate speech and therefore doesn’t care what people say or sing. Of course you can only hold this position in an environment where everyone gets to say whatever they like no matter how hateful it may be. Unfortunately we live…

Why can’t streaming services download shows in order? Nothing quite like settling down on a flight to watch a show and the first episode is missing because, wait for it, it didn’t download first!

Just at a coffee shop (counter service) where the standard tip options were 15, 20, 25 and an unbelievable 30%

We’re asking the very wealthiest to profit a little less off their capital gains — to pay their fair share — so we can reinvest it in the middle class.

Let’s be clear. Any airport where the wait for security or immigration is more than 15 minutes (30 minutes total) is demonstrating a complete lack of proper management and organisation.

Somebody needs to explain why the low water warning on a bean to cup coffee machine isn’t above the level of the largest cup that said machine can produce. #firstworldproblems

Baggage belts/carousels work so much better when everyone stands back at least 1.5 metres. #peopleareidiots

Why is iCloud Private Relay so slow in updating your location? Travel from one country to another and it stays on the previous country for a very long time. Quite annoying when you’ve just arrived and need local info. cc @stephenrobles @HilliTech

Our political system and resultant economic situation can be summed up by the following proverb: Give a man a fish and you’ll feed him for a day. Give a man someone else’s fish and he’ll vote for you.

What’s interesting, is the tweet fails to mention the important bit. They are protected with vaccines doing what vaccines have always done. Protecting the self. They don’t need their fellow travellers, diners, scholars or neighbours to be vaccinated for their vaccine to work.

These are the kind of people who make my Twitter day. Well, not really. You know, the ones that just got up on the wrong side of the bed.

Am I the only one who gets double (or triple) the amount deducted by @Uber when I ride and then it takes weeks to get refunded?
