what about browsers? first of all no one uses mobile browsers to do anything other than read articles. but also for desktop users, i think it has more value for entertainment. most productivity tools have native apps already.
i think crms and issue trackers are fundamentally broken you start using them to clutter out your brain, then you eventually end of piling shit in them and now you need to figure out how to prioritize or what’s redundant peak work-for-work shit
