I tried to get tested at the @NYCSchools testing site at Hillcrest high school this morning and the line was so long I had to go home @MOREcaucusUFT @UFT
So statistically every class will have Covid cases *this week* ( though DOE testing won’t catch most cases). & then, Bc quarantine was eliminated, the expectation is that teachers come to work knowing 100% that they too will get Covid? How is this acceptable to our union @uft?

Are you serious, @NYCSchools? If your health screening becomes this confusing and complicated, maybe that’s a sign you should have implemented more proactive health and safety measures. Whoever wrote this desperately needs a reality check.
Isn’t it just ⚡️COMMON SENSE ⚡️to close schools for a few weeks so students and educators can vax up? Not even worth tagging the powers at be anymore because they are not leaders.
