The boy is Phoenix as he will rise back up. And the girl is Faith. I don’t have answers on how they got like this yet. All we could do was focus on changing the 2 lives. A good start but lots more to do 🥰🙏 They are free now and resting up together in my office (7/7)
Heartbreaking 💔
The first stage was an emergency groom to make them recognizable as dogs. They’d been kept in cages. A boy and a girl. Locals had been sneaking them food and water but they might have been in the cages for 2 years +. We don’t know the full story yet (2/7)
