Without any information at the gate @GoFirstairways has changed the time of the G8 325 BOM - BLR flight from 10:40 pm to 11:35 pm.
@GoFirstairways i booked a ticket for Patna from Mumbai and we're 3 people including my one year daughter. Although full payment was deducted for my daughter still no dedicated seat is allocated this is not correct practices I've seen same in international flights too
What's the point of not assigning ticket to infant if you're charging same fare for them as similar to adults. I've seen these anomalies in both international & domestic flights for 1 year daughter ( @GoFirstairways , @JM_Scindia @airindiain @flyspicejet
Today @GoFirstairways called & msgd more times thn my wife. paid ONLY 26k fr one way on this LCC. Bkd dis airline against my better judgment as it was the first eve flt back. paid dearly with money and my time. Third such exp😖 This will be my GoNever choice in future
Why are you sharing automated responses to everyone complaining about this Mumbai to Delhi flight. It's 10.40 still no news of departure. You guys have been cancelling flights often and causing inconvenience. Shouldn't you do the very least and give these passengers some food?
Everyone is tensed due to flight delay by @GoFirstairways it’s been 3hrs sitting in the aircraft. Also the ground staff of this airline misbehaved with the passengers. So, kindly take some decisions against this issue. @AAI_Official @JM_Scindia @DGCAIndia
