The announcement reached far further than I expected, and I honestly worded it stressfully following people letting me know @SteamDB had catched it being delisted, then Steamworks had replied at 1am. Putting Valve in a bad light wasn't the intent. I'll give more details:
Steam release status: Classic Offensive has been submitted for build review since October 6th, Steam have yet to review the build which "takes 3-5 business days" We did not receive any ETA or response from Steamworks. Planned release was December 25th for the mod's anniversary
