SRN AA6864977, matter is pending with ROC since 3-4 yr, submitted with affidavit and merely making rejection comments that concern dept vl take up is not the required resolution. Co is suffering as the concerned cell is malfunctioning. After multiple submissions CRF was lodged.
Relaxation in filing Form LLP BEN-2 & 4d @MCA21India , where to find the Eform 4D? When form is not made available then what is the logic to give extension? Further there is no clarity that no penal action vl be initiated if filing is not done intime as per original notification
Simply closing of tickets is not the actual resolution. Still the V2 pages are reflecting either "access denied" or "our apology" how to submit the forms.Last date is near. Is Mare gathering of tickets is the Job of @MCA21India cos again ticket raising vl be advised for solution.
Since long neither V2 not V3 working. Where you are @MCA21India @LTIMindtreeOFCL There is no last date rush but if this will continue, definitely many company will become victims of Non Compliance w.r.t. ROC filing and consequential additional challan cost.
