When big businesses move to Gujrat, Maharashtra and UP, these very people are the first to shout discrimination but now are busy in arson, rioting and abusing the business owners
Come and invest in Karnataka 😃😃
My piece in the @eOrganiser arguing that the Supreme Court has, through a very liberal interpretation of Part III of the Constitution (Fundamental Rights), set itself on an inevitable collision course with the Legislature.
“I have no representation in the Parliament. That is why it is the Courts we come to.” - A sentiment which today finds more and more metaphorical sellers in the Bar and buyers in the Bench. Can Supreme Court be the Alternative Parliament? organiser.org/2023/04/30/171…

What this guy doesn't know is the brutality that accompanied Indira Gandhi's Chikmagalur campaign. A thread 🧵

1. North and South and Navrātras For any South Indian to land in any city in north India during the Navratras, especially in the cities of Western UP, northern MP, and eastern Rajasthan, is to get a shock of a lifetime. #Ugadi #Ugadi2023 #HinduNewYear #HinduNavVarsh #GudiPadwa
1.The Liecester attacks on Hindus are nothing short of terrorism. And the greatest ignominy is that it is being branded as a legitimate response to Hindutva. It is a perfect Islamist maneuver. Finish and then blame the victim.
Focusing just on Vedanta & ignoring Devatas, bhakti, karmakanda (rituals) and karma yoga in general, is like focusing on quantum physics & ignoring Newtonian physics! After all, most real world practical applications of physics involve the latter. 😀 Same with spirituality! 🕉
1. When Rohingyas Mass Murdered Hindus Yes you heard it right. They are not the most persecuted minority of the world. They are capable of fighting guerilla wars against military states like Myanmar. And they brutally eliminate non-Muslim minorities wherever they come to rule.
1. 'Hindu' is a word which is often objected to: both by the left-liberals and even by many Hindu nationalists. The disbelief in the word arises from the same historical truth: that the word 'Hindu' is not indigenous and it was a name given to us by the others, by the outsiders.
Jesus is often projected as a man of peace and love, but those who have read the Bible know that's not the case. This thread will contain some mind-boggling things said by Jesus.
I’m a BJP karyakartha and I demand resignation of most inefficient Home Minister @JnanendraAraga ! RT if you demand too. Time to stand by our workers.
"स्मृतिभिन्नं ज्ञानमनुभवः" certainly has got nothing to do either with Descartes or with "I think therefore I am". Another case of an attempted superimposition of a Western philosophical concept on something completely unrelated.
Sanskrit version of René Descartes's famous "I think, therefore I am" स्मृतिभिन्नं ज्ञानमनुभवः। Experience is a state of knowledge apart from memory. Src - तर्कसङ्ग्रहः 31 (tarkasaṅgrahaḥ 31) #sanskrit #india #quotes #selfreflection #indentity #deeperknowledge #literature
Today’s SC decision reminds me of #ketakkChitale & #nikhilbhamre both were jailed for more than 40 days each for their social media posts during the MVA Govt.
This is the point.
Tomorrow our very existence will hurt their religious feelings.
This is a hard habit to break. I'm guilty of it too, certainly. But we need to stop using the word "gender." Human beings don't have a gender. We have a sex. Words have gender. All of this trouble began when they told us that people have a gender.
