@MCA21India @nsitharamanoffc why is it so difficult to fix the issues in mca V 2 portal. Every year the same ordeal continues for annual filings. Surprisingly no one seems to be interested in taking note despite hue and cry by professionals.
I am not in favour of any sort of extensions for the routine task as AOC 4. Auditors need to wake up also. @MCA21India

MCA should consider introducing old late fees slab rates for Annual Filing Forms ie. Form AOC-4 & MGT-7/7A. ₹100/day late fees and that too without maximum cap, doesn't support the philosophy of ease of doing business . @HelpdeskMCA21V3 @MCA21India @FinMinIndia
