News I had heard earlier and thought to be just a rumour. This is terrible news for the community, the players and coaching staff. Not to mention the history my Dad had with the Vikings organization thru countless years of PA announcing, Viking Cups and even trips to Europe
We lose the Vikings & the $125,000 they provide to the city, it affects everyone as those costs have to be made up somewhere (increased rink fees, higher taxes). This doesn’t include all the untold volunteer hours from the athletes and coaching staff in the community.
