being self-aware doesn't stop the spiral, it just means i get to watch it happen and hate myself for it
feels like everyone around me is is planning for their future while every day i struggle with whether i deserve to be alive
sometimes i wish i'd die in a freak accident because im too cowardly to do it myself
not to be dramatic but sometimes i feel like i don't belong anywhere on this earth like maybe all there is for me is perpetual loneliness + constant desire to go back to a place that doesn’t exist anymore
