Design patterns weren’t just about reusable solutions — they were about communication. They gave developers a common vocabulary. Now that AI writes the code… do we still need that language? Or are we teaching patterns to machines that don’t speak “Singleton”? 👀

Good architecture doesn't enforce itself. Automated architecture tests do. Add architecture tests to your CI/CD like unit tests. You can use tools like ArchUnit - Java NetArchTest / NDepend - .NET dependency-cruiser - NodeJS/TypeScript #SoftwareArchitecture

Coding was never the hard part. The real challenge is architecture, design & business rules. AI & no-code can handle CRUD apps, but complex systems need human judgment. The future = engineers + AI, not AI alone.

I’m working on a solution for deploying a multi-region application with one region as the primary and another as the standby. I’d love to hear any suggestions or learnings you have to share. #aws

Part 2 of this mystery. Spotted on reddit. In my test not 100% reproducible but still quite reproducible. 🤔

Not fully sure why all the LLMs sound about the same - over-using lists, delving into “multifaceted” issues, over-offering to assist further, about same length responses, etc. Not something I had predicted at first because of many independent companies doing the finetuning.

BIG DAY. @payloadcms has joined @figma! We're about to take things up a notch. So proud of what we've built, and I know where we're going... can't wait to share more.
