Amen! Currently dealing with a church that has a 30+ year member in their church who needs shepherding help. They delay and defer, but each time, they tell the person how many people attended Xmas Eve or used their QR code to say they are interested in salvation.
🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ Reason #2,098,567 to hate the AI craze. Fam, if you don’t want to pastor the sheep, leave the pastorate. If your church is too big to pastor, plant smaller congregations. If there are too many sheep, train more shepherds. But be a real, accessible pastor to the sheep.
