How the heck do I contact #ryanair . Telephone answer machine gives me irrelevant info then hangs up. Live chat counts down from 350 plus people waiting then disconnects when you get close #crapcustomerservice
Nearly 4 months and counting on my cancelled flight claim and still only 1 email ( in November!), saying we're on it. Appalling customer service @British_Airways , simply not good enough. @Ryanair and @easyJet better options these days!
Dear @British_Airways, now >3 months since I submitted my claim for cancelled flight accommodation, taxis and damaged luggage. In that time, I've had ONE email saying you're on it! Awful #CustomerService . I'm >£300 out if pocket. Any intention of sorting this out in 2024?
Flight take off delayed by 3hrs and 25mins. Flight arrived 2hrs and 58mins late at destination. 2 mins short of compensation deadline so ZERO compensation. Half day of the holiday lost. @TUIUK you should be ashamed!

Called @bmwmotorraduk today for a quote for an extended insurance warranty for my 2016 R1200GS. Lady was polite and reasonably helpful, however,I'm still waiting for my written quote....poor show!
