A6: We're working with the fantastic team at @Finalsite to create a dedicated careers page, including specific pages for each position. A lot of my research has been in the private sector, specifically banking for inspiration. #K12PRChat
THIS RIGHT HERE!! Don't let a candidate get all the way to the end of the process and then disclose the salary range for the position. This leads to wasting both parties time if the range is not even an option to the candidate.

A5: We all need to start treating all new hires the same! New Teacher Orientation needs to occur more than once a year. Why can't it be new employee orientation that happens monthly? When I worked in banking, 1 bank held this every other Monday becuase onboarding was ongoing.

We officially opened the GSHC 10 days ago, and I’m already benefiting from this excellent resource in the Glenbrooks! The GSHC is a school-based health center open to students and staff to access health care at no cost. BTW, that brochure is available in our top 4 languages! 😍

This right here! Use images on social and the web too accessorize your text. That simplifies your workflows and is the easiest way to provide alt text. Otherwise, you must ensure that the text in your graphic is also stated in your alt text.
👀Too much text on social media graphics. 1. If you make a typo, or need to change something, it's way harder to update than if you had put the text in the photo caption. 2. ADA screen readers for people with visual impairments have difficulty with text on photos. #schoolpr
