Culture refers to your team’s values and beliefs. Maintaining a positive team culture requires effort from all team members. Give encouragement, establish standards, communicate, trust and be patient. What is allowed is encouraged. Success starts with positive culture.
Personal growth for coaches and players is a must in developing team culture. The team’s personality is created through daily growth. When learning ceases to exist, growth within the team is greatly decreased. Culture is earned, not given!
