Weekend quest… Experimenting sending $ from a US bank to @CashApp using UMA + @lightspark Grid. Very little work left to make this fully native within Cash App to enable sending and receiving to/from 65+ countries. Open networks FTW! Hat tip to Cash App team.

This feature will start to roll out tomorrow, allowing you to pay from @CashApp over bitcoin rails using your USD balance - no bitcoin required. This dramatically opens up the aperture of who can pay with bitcoin to our entire monthly user base of 58m - normies included.
Can't recommend reading 1929 by @andrewrsorkin enough. No one told the story of one of the most consequential crash in history from the angle of the main protagonists before. Fascinating read.
