UPS Suck!!!! Delivered my package to a different address and refused to fix it! So I am out the money! They keep closing my claim saying it was delivered. Sure to the wrong location! @UPS SUCK!!!! Shipper said they closed the claim!

Do not use UPS to ship anything! Delivered my package to the wrong address. I filed a claim & they closed it saying it was delivered. Support number says to open a claim online and hangs up. Their online form tells me claim cannot be opened on this tracking number. #ups @UPS
