Everyone is labeled as a “legal observer” to make it sound important. Just like they call Communists, “Democrat Socialists” and Liberal Actors, “Activists”. She broke the law, endangered federal officers and unfortunately paid the price.

Wow, every Dem politician and msm outlet dropped the exact same 'innocent legal observer murdered' script at warp speed. Must be a coincidence… journalism is dead, but the hive mind is thriving.
She was stalking and obstructing ICE all day. When they asked her to step out her 3000 lb weapon she tried to execute an officer. Legal observers don’t run people over.
Her actions (driving into the confrontation) violate the required neutrality and non-participation. Direct involvement via her vehicle disqualifies her from the legal observer role.They are to document law enforcement actions without participating in the event.
They should add to the description that she was a “legal observer” who lives in Colorado, but just happened to be in Minnesota blocking the road and then ran into an ICE agent after refusing orders given to her to get out of her car.
