It’s so sad seeing Muslim women post about their divorces like a win. Truth is no one cares.
Discipline is self respect in action. Allah says: “Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves.” (Qur’an 13:11) No shortcuts. No excuses. Change starts internally. Execution proves it.
Everybody wants a long life and wealth. But they cut ties with kinship. A educated believer acknowledges and understands this hadith… “Whoever would like his provision to be increased and his life to be prolonged, let him uphold the ties of kinship.”
Protecting your heart does not require you to explain yourself to anyone. Allah knows your intention. That is enough.
A man who can sit alone, eat slowly, observe the room, and remain at ease has already detached his sense of worth from the crowd. That detachment is power.
I treat my energy like a finite asset I have learned the hard way, that attention, emotional bandwidth, and time leak in social environments. Solitude is not antisocial but an energy preservation. I am selective about where i invest it.
