Just out of the ER and #COVID19 is ripping through West Michigan worse than ever. Half of my ER were patients waiting to be admitted with no beds. More COVID inpatients than we’ve ever had. 85-90% are #unvaxxed. And still more coming in. Time for more #VaccineMandates.
