I’m a 4th year Western student and 3 time orientation leader. This entire O-Week was horrific. I helped lead a predominantly female team. There were multiple instances where myself or other sophs were screamed at, pushed, and touched inappropriately by men. 1/10

Pointing out that birth control pills have a worse blood clot rate than any vaccine isn’t saying “blood clots are fine” but rather that it’s amazing what we won’t tolerate for the general population but will tolerate for mostly women for 60 years completely unchecked.
I need to tell you something. I've been in meetings with all levels of government and health providers and There are NO guaranteed VACCINES for UNDOCUMENTED people in Ontario. Potentially half a million people. And this is a PROBLEM.
In return you get to suck it up. And even though you face the gauntlet of consequences due to a uterus and ovaries, and unequal physical burden, on top of it you get judged harsher and paid less.
With everything going around rn about all the stuff women do to keep themselves safe at night/when alone I just wanna say if ever there was a time when you didn’t take precautions and something fucked up happened to you it still wasn’t your fault
