no company lays off 10% of its workforce weeks before christmas unless it’s bad. tech as a stable career is dead. stop chasing promotions inside one org or being loyal for a logo. the L→L+1 game isn’t worth it. switch often, build income streams, stay paranoid. never get comfy.

Just so you know, followers aren't a direct indicator for success. I spent many years struggling financially, even with tens of thousands of followers. The best thing you can do is be present and consistent, post work as much as possible.
