If anyone sees this, #cigna was no help, their ethics line goes right back to #cigna HR department that did not investigate nor assist when I was initially terminated for “misconduct” the week we got paid & I was to get my bonus, but did not. I hope the right person sees this!
Was. When I repeatedly asked what, when, how, & explain the “misconduct” #cigna HR again, ceased all contact. No one from HR was in this meeting of my termination, HR did not know I was terminated. #bulliedbymyboss a year later, should I ask questions once more?
When I tried to bring it to HR attention of who fired me, when, & about the complaint I was told that is not why I was terminated. I asked why, no answer. All contact was ceased. My termination paper had one word for the reasoning, misconduct. No one knew what the “misconduct”
Told I would be protected, the boss I reported then fired me a month after the HR results. On top of this is the same boss that had the authority to block me from getting my bonus. Terminated me a day before payday knowing I did not get my bonus! #cigna HR did not help.
The company is a large, very large company & they called easier destroy me as I am only one person with no legal knowledge on how to ask after a year for my bonus money I earned. #bulliedbymyboss #cigna I reported something to HR
I need a lawyers advice. On 2024, I was “terminated” after working for a company for 11 years & did not receive my bonus I know I earned, should I try one last time by emailing the issue to HR and ask them to investigate and send me my bonus money?
