Do not despise the days of small beginnings. When it feels like you’re not progressing, getting better, or understanding -don’t be discouraged. These are growing pains, proof you’re in the middle of change. Push a bit harder, stay a bit longer, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
Day 18 Heard Kevin O’Leary on a DOAC episode talking about the Signal to Noise Ratio, Every day, choose 3–5 things you must get done. Everything else is noise, no matter how “important” it feels. You only go back to the noise after the signal is complete. #30daysofconsistency
