Well this is the outfit my son wore to homecoming this year. me and the wife went to the ISU football game so I’m sure we deserve the “Worse Parents of the Year Award!”
The old barn at our home place is coming down board by board. When I was growing up my dad used to fill this barn with beans, it would hold 5000 bushels. We would put a diesel tractor inside with a PTO auger and a pig tail sweep. Now our bins have power sweeps 🥰
Happy birthday to my wife and son. Jaxson turned 18 today and after football/speed and agility training this morning he got to spend the day at Workwell Solutuons. He has to get a drug test so he can work at P & K Midwest so he learned what it’s like to be an adult today!

Sold $8.00 corn tonight, I’ve never done that before. Called my dad and asked him if he had every sold it that high before in his lifetime. He said no. He’s gonna be 72 this year. Unreal times were in right now.
When you turn the radio on in the truck first thing in the morning to do chores and you hear Sweet Child of Mine and that doesn’t put a smile on your face and make you feel like an AMERICAN then I don’t know what would.
Had to wake up by 2:45 am last 3 days this week to load hogs. Never heard you alarm off once. I wake up 5 minutes before my alarm goes off. How the hell does my body know this??🤔
