#34 - FREE LAND! Could you make a more appealing offer? In Windsor back in ’96 it got a lot of attention and sold a lot of homes. Credit to Indellible Concepts.
#33 - Back in ’92 the Greatest Opportunity to Own was in Whitby. At that carrying cost, who couldn’t afford to buy their own home? And we were screaming it! But of course it is all relative. Credit to Ad Impact.
#32 - They really were Super-Sized towns in ’99 Pickering. It’s not often that you would see 22’ wide townhomes so close to the city with all those features at that price! New towns in the area are now going for close to $1M! Credit to Indellible Concepts.
#31 - The comparison campaign worked well in ’99 getting families to move on up to Keswick and get close to nature. I think the Simcoe Landing name is still being used by builders in the area although the logo has changed. Credit to Indellible Concepts.
#30 - We were selling the prestigious North Hill of Bolton using very refined critters in ’96. I don’t think there was any special prestige to the area except what was implied by us, but we made it believable, and success followed. Credit to Indellible Concepts.
#29 - In ’92 we had the final clearance of Todd Brooker Lodge (now Mountain Springs Lodge) in Collingwood, long before The Village was conceived. A member of the Crazy Canucks, Todd was in attendance at a packed opening day event in Toronto. Credit to Ad Impact.
#28 - Back in ’96 when the world was black & white, we were selling-off inventory with a free upgrades promo, offering a sweetheart of a deal. Credit to Indellible Concepts.
#27 - Back in ’97 we were giving Windsor residents ‘Buying Power’ for quick sales in all of the communities. Can’t remember how well it worked, but those prices! Credit to Indellible Concepts.
#26 - A home rendering resting on a treed background, what a novel concept! Even though the idea has been well used, in early ’98 it was the most effective way of getting each community’s best-selling feature across in this all-site ad. Credit to Indellible Concepts.
#25 - In early ’98, Kingfisher Hide-Away offered a unique lifestyle for a fortunate few. It didn’t take long to find the ‘fortunate few’ as it quickly sold-out. Credit to Indellible Concepts.
