I think we're the first production site on @payloadcms alpha-49 (prezly.com). We cheated a bit 😬 The CMS/UI is still a standalone app on payload 2.x. But the website is using Payload 3.x with the same (but ported) payload.config to access data through local API…

We have over 520 paying customers, we only lost 5 the past 3 months. Not 5%, 5 in total. In 2023, we lost 20 customers in total. If your churn is low, anything is possible.
