Update about the Switch situation. The only explanation as to why Nintendo pulled our game from the eShop so far is this: "Upon reviewing The Great Rebellion: Edition 2084, Nintendo has determined that it contains content that could be damaging to Nintendo's reputation or brand."
Making games is hard(tm). Know what else is hard? Working for other people the rest of your life and putting up with their crap. Get out there, chart your course, go crazy, get results on screen. Iterate. Ship. Conquer. #gamedev #IndieGameDev

PSA: If you are using ParticleSystem.MinMaxGradient, beware that its changed between Unity 2022.3 and Unity 6.2 My example can no longer make direct copy of ParticleSystem.ColorOverLifetimeModule.Color You need a deep copy and respect the gradient mode when setting properties

Couple of things: Absolute Territory got Steam Deck playable (small text preventing verified). Absolute Territory, A-Spec First Assault and its associated demo got a patch which resolves a security exploit for Unity Runtime. Have a cracking weekend.
Payment processors are not done trying to restrict adult creative works for sale. PayPal is freezing accounts used by developers selling games on Steam despite being legal content. Could you imagine them stopping payments for films, TV, books? #gamedev #indiedev #steamdev
